Conference participants must pay the registration fee and at least one author per paper must attend. Conference registration fee varies from 500 GBP to 4500 GBP depending on the choice of events or package by the delegates and this includes hot Buffet lunch and arrival, morning break and afternoon food and tea/coffee for 3 days, and conference dinner, in addition to conference accessories. There is no special package available. The conference fee must be received before the deadline to assure conference participation. Nevertheless, please note that obtaining a visa is the participant's own responsibility.
Please note that publication fees are independent from the registration fees.

Cancellation policy

There is a 250 GBP fee on cancellations received prior 5 days before the conference. There will be no refunds on cancellations received after. The authors will be provided with receipt of payment and a certificate of participation upon registering at the conference venue.
